High Technology, IT Digital and Engineering, Maximize business growth and alliances/M&A opportunities to support the success of strategic growth plans.
In charge to support change management and the evolution of the group organization.
The three-year plan Cap 2009 launched in 2006 to reach 150 million euros.
The Avenir Phase 1 plan (€ 394.3 million in 2015, foundation of Ausy Germany GmbH) and Plan Avenir Phase 2 whose main objective was to double international activity in Europe, India and the United States ( 460.5 million euros in 2016).
In June 2016, friendly tender offer between Randstad and the AUSY Group was announced In February.
Ausy holds the “Tech 40” label awarded to emblematic high-tech companies listed on Euronext markets.
2017, full success Ausy is now a Randstad company. It operates as a technology consulting and engineering company in France and at international level.
European leader in Consulting and Engineering in Advanced Technologies. the Group has quadrupled in size, in turnover and in workforce and has acquired a presence in 10 countries. In total, the Group’s turnover has multiplied by more than 5 and international activities by 7, in only eleven years.
